Cancellation Policies & Fees
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the Spa’s scheduling. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us:
- 48 hours in advance.
A full-service cancellation fee of 100% will apply to missed appointments and those canceled with less than 48-hour advanced notice. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies. All services (including those with gift cards) require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when scheduling. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. All major credit cards, checks and cash are accepted.
Cell Phones
Please respect fellow guests and the tranquility we provide by muting your cell phone upon arrival. Cell phone use is prohibited during spa service and in common areas of the spa. As a spa, we encourage our guests to “unplug” during their visit in order to achieve the maximum benefits our services offer. Should you need to use your phone, please inform your therapist so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may disrupt the duration and quality of your spa services.
Check in
Gift Cards (Plastic)
You may order your gift cards (a physical plastic card) in person, by phone or from our website.
- Gift cards are mailed to you or available for in-person pickup during hours of operation, per your preference.
- Gift cards are available for dollar value only and may be redeemed for spa products, spa packages and à la carte spa services.
- Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards are not refundable or replaceable even if lost, misplaced or stolen.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, taxes or gratuities.
GIFT CERTIFICATES (DIGITAL)
You may order digital gift certificates from our website only.
- Digital gift certificates will be emailed to you to download and/or print. In addition, you will have the option to email digital gift certificates directly to one (1) recipient of your choice per order.
- Digital gift certificates are available for dollar value only and may be redeemed for spa products, spa packages or à la carte spa services.
- Digital gift certificates are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
- Digital gift certificates are not refundable or replaceable even if lost, misplaced or stolen.
- Digital gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash, taxes or gratuities.
Gratuity
Group Bookings
For parties or five or more guests, please contact our group coordinator for group booking policies and availability. You may also complete the online Group Event Form found on our Private Party website page, which is to be completed and submitted prior to scheduling. We advise scheduling group services a minimum of 6 – 8 weeks in advance. Group bookings are available Monday through Friday.

While we always try our best to accommodate last minute appointments, please make your reservations at least 2 – 4 weeks in advance. Multiple and group appointments may require 6 – 8 week notice in order to accommodate all requests. A credit card guarantee is required as the time of booking.

Group Event Terms & Conditions
- To schedule a Private Party, we require one person from your party to take responsibility as the Hostess. This person will be responsible for placing the 50% deposit required to schedule the appointments and also be responsible for paying the remaining balance of services 48 hours prior to the event. This will ensure easy check out on the day of your party.
- The Hostess is responsible for filling the group event contract out to completion. We are not able to schedule services without a completed Group Contract.
- Please note that groups of 5 or more are required to fill out and submit a Group Event Contract, with groups of 6 or more required to reserve and rent the Private Party room.
- We are not able to accommodate groups larger than 10 people on Saturdays.
- Groups are required to give a one week notice via email to cancel appointments and a 72-hour notice to change appointments. Please note that we will try to accommodate any requested changes, but they will be subject to our availability at the time of the request. Cancellation with less than one week notice, and no-show appointments, will be charged full price service fees with 20% gratuity.
- We offer a private room for our group guest events. The room is available during, one hour prior to, and one hour following completed services for a minimum fee of $150.00 Monday through Friday, and $175.00 on Saturdays. For groups of 10 guests or more, an additional fee of $100.00 will be applied. Arrangements are required if you wish to stay more than one-hour pre or post service times. Additional fees may apply.
- Please note that outside food and refreshments must be arranged through an approved caterer. Strong aromatic foods such as garlic, seafood dishes, raw onions and foods containing heavy spices are prohibited. Limit your catering to cold platters that will not disrupt the aromatherapy ambience of the spa. Prior arrangements must be made to have any outside food and refreshments brought in through the back entrance of the spa. Please reach out to your group coordinator for a list of approved caterers and with any additional questions prior to finalizing your menu.
- Balloons, confetti, candles, and adhesive taped room decorations are not permitted.
- The spa can provide the following: glassware, napkins, silverware, plateware, platters, ice buckets, wine opener, coffee, tea, and water. Ice for beverages and up to 2 ice buckets can be provided upon request. Please be sure to include what is needed when you complete your Group Event Contract.
- We ask that you and your guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment times. This will allow time to check in and ensure that your guests’ services are started on time. We cannot guarantee appointments for party members who arrive past their scheduled appointment times. This is considered a no show / cancellation. IF time allows, the client will have the option of accepting an abbreviated version of the scheduled service at full cost. Guests will be charged the full price of the services booked.
- Margot wishes that all guests enjoy themselves in a safe and responsible manner and therefore offers the opportunity to provide your own wine, beer or champagne.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or gaurdian who must sign a release form. Any minor under 16 years of age must have a parent or gaurdian in the room for all massage services.
Group Event PAYMENT Terms & Conditions
- The group Hostess will be required to pay a 50 % deposit of the total cost of services for the day, as well as the room rate, to secure the appointments. In addition, the Hostess will be responsible for the remaining balance payment due 48 hours before your party.
- Please note we do require a fully executed contract at the time of booking.
- The Master account holder to be responsible for placing the 50% deposit required to schedule the appointments. This designated person must also be responsible for paying the remaining balance of services 24 hours prior to the event. This will ensure a stress-free check-out on the day of your party.
- All services are full price as we do not offer group discounts.
- A 20% gratuity for all services and room fee will automatically be added to your invoice.
- An additional service charge may be added to any events requiring specialized services and/or accommodations.
- Please be advised that a deposit is required to secure your event date. Groups are required to give a one week notice via email to cancel appointments and a 72-hour notice to change appointments. Cancellation and no-show charges shall include full price service fees with 20% gratuity.

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
